પહેલા વર્ષના નવાં વિધ્યાર્થીઓ જેમને આઈ.ટી. વિભાગમાં પ્રવેશ મળેલ છે તેમને ઉપરની સુચના મુજબ અચૂક પણે હાજર રહેવું.

આ માટે જરૂરી રિપોટીંગ ફોર્મ આ લિંક પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે: રિપોટીંગ ફોર્મ

આ ફોર્મ જરૂરી માહિતી સાથે ભરીને રિપોટીંગના દિવસે સાથે લઇ આવવું. જેમની પાસે પ્રિન્ટની સુવિધા નથી તેમની માટે આ ફોર્મ આઈ.ટી. વિભાગ ખાતેથી પણ મળી શકશે.

જે વિધ્યાર્થીઓને હોસ્ટેલમાં એડમિશન લેવું હોય નીચેના ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી, જરૂરી માહિતી ભરીને આઈ.ટી. વિભાગમાં જમા કરાવવું. જેમની પાસે પ્રિન્ટની સુવિધા નથી તેમની માટે આ ફોર્મ આઈ.ટી. વિભાગ ખાતેથી પણ મળી શકશે.
